WHO I WORK WITH

I am experienced in working with clients on a variety of issues, including:

01

Supporting you through mental health issues like anxiety, depression, stress, panic attacks, self harm, trauma, eating disorders, abuse, loss and grief.

Helping you make sense of aspects of your identity, such as body image issues, gender, sexuality, parenting & perinatal, menopause, work issues, family relationships, self esteem and self worth.

02

I regularly work with clients with ADHD, autism and AuDHD (including recently/late diagnosed/identification), making sense of how you experience the world and building skills such as emotional literacy and nervous system regulation.
