I provide online and in-person individual therapy, counselling and psychotherapy tailored to whatever you are facing. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I blend different therapeutic styles to best support your unique needs.
My background (including a Master’s degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy) allows me to draw from:
Person-centred therapy: Creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you are the expert on your own life.
Psychodynamic therapy: Helping you understand how your past experiences and patterns might be impacting you today.
Gestalt therapy: Focusing on the present moment to help you connect with your thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, navigating a major life transition or just want to understand yourself better, we will work at a pace that feels right for you.

Mental health general practice
Supporting you through mental health issues like anxiety, depression, stress, panic attacks, self harm, trauma, eating disorders, abuse, loss and grief.
I specialised in identity and made it the subject of both my undergraduate degree dissertation and my master’s degree research. Therapy focused on identity and self-worth helps you make sense of aspects of your identity, such as body image issues, gender, sexuality, parenting & perinatal, menopause, work issues, family relationships, self esteem and self worth. I’m also an Intuitive Eating counsellor and work from a warm, affirming place to help you discover your truest self.
I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist and I regularly work with clients with ADHD, autism and AuDHD (including recently/late diagnosed/identification), making sense of how you experience the world, exploring challenges like rejection sensitivity and building skills such as emotional literacy and nervous system regulation.
